The curse of reservation is haunting the oppressed classes, on the one side, and there is the case of fake certificates obtained by some candidates to secure jobs in the government departments, on the other side. The supreme court has spoken much and the CVC and other agencies have spoken much, but I have come to know that these institutions are just toothless tigers or just clowns in a circus.
