Nagpur: The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagpur, has imposed a fine of Rs.6,000 on divisional railway manager ( DRM ), Nagpur Central Railway, for deficiency in service by not maintaining Nagpur-Ahmedabad Prerna Express.
The order was issued on June 13 by Pradeep Patil and Manjushree Khanke, both members, and Manohar Chilbule, president of the forum. TOI had reported the matter of unclean Prerna Express on February 24, 2014. …
