Family Welfare Deptt., Govt. of NCT of Delhi – CIC: The Commission directed the respondent authority to spell out their policy on compensation for the doctors dying on duty due to exposure to infectious diseases, such as the case of husband of the appellant under section 4(1)(c) of the RTI Act.
